Have you used a Lonely Pets Club pet care service before? --- Yes No Unsure You will be contacted during working hours soon after we receive your enquiry to advise you of carer availability for the dates you require and total booking cost. No actual booking will be made until we have spoken to you. Enquiries are usually responded the same day or, if outside office hours, the next working day. We will debit your previously supplied credit card automatically and email you a booking confirmation. You will only receive a phone call if we are unable to confirm the booking or need to query your details. All Express Booking requests are subject to availability.
