Jen arrived on time for our 'Meet and Greet' and took notes of additional info that I hadn't added on the Initial info Form. While we were away, Jen texted us photos and updates of our cats so we knew that they were happy and receiving attention and pats. Jen also put our rubbish bin out for us. After her last visit Jen posted our keys, a magnet and a lovely note into our letterbox, so I didn't have to collect our keys once we returned home. Jen was friendly, helpful, kind and professional and next time we go away I will be definitely booking Jen to look after our fur babies :)

Jen has been our carer for many years now (over multiple house moves!) and she has always been incredibly professional and reliable when looking after our old cat Sampson. Jen is great with communicating with me about how Sampson is while we are away - which is especially comforting when you have an older pet. I am very comfortable leaving our pet (and home) in Jen's care.

Jen always outstanding service whilst looking after our girls, Molly and Lucy. I know we can go away with peace of mind knowing that out girls are in Jen's capable hands.

Jen sent us updates about the cats while we were away as well as photos. It was nice to hear about how they were going and what good care they were receiving. Their litter and bowls were all clean when we arrived home as well. We were really happy with the care Jen provided and would choose her again if we needed a pet carer.

It's great to know that Jen is coming around to check in on the kits while we're away. She goes above and beyond to make sure we know how everything is going at home, so that we can relax on our time away. As always, we could not be happier with the state of the house and our pets on our return.
If I could suggest another category to rate for this feedback form, it would be "Carer Communication" as this to me is super important, and Jen always does an amazing job in this regard, with regular status updates and photos.

Jen has been my (feline) boys' carer since 2018, looking after them several times a year while I'm away. I know my boys will be lovingly cared for in my absence; very important to me as one of my boys is geriatric. Jen knows my boys well, each with their little quirks and personalities, and I can tell they are both quite fond of Jen too. I get regular updates about how my boys are while I'm away, which is very reassuring. Thank you Jen!

Jen always looks after our girls (Molly & Lucy) as if they were her own. I love the way she sends me a text message with photos of our girls whilst we're away to let us know they're ok and in good hands

We have had Jen coming to our house for many years now ( sometimes as long as a month when we are visiting family overseas) and couldn’t imagine using anyone else. She is incredibly caring, compassionate and keeps us up to date on how they are going with photos. You can tell that she is a genuine animal lover and will care for our cats as much as we do. Please don’t ever leave LPC Jen!

Very friendly and lovely; our cat needed to take medication for the first few days of care which Jen was happy to accommodate, and since he's usually an in-and-outdoor cat he had some issues adjusting to toileting inside, which she also had no problem dealing with. Was very responsive and sensitive.

The comment box isn’t big enough to say how wonderful we think Jen K is!!! I hope she never leaves you as there is no one else we want looking after our fur babies. I have never met Jen and I don't care timing of the visits so I have not commented on these two points. Jen is a great carer and always takes exceptional care of Honey (sometimes I think she does a better job than I do). Honey is always relaxed and stress free on my return which is very important to me. I only have one issue. Honey has arthritis and the vet has her on a weightloss program, but she put on a lot of weight - need to ensure that she only gets the prescribed quantity of food set by the vet; Honey eats everything in the bowl whether she needs it or not, so the measuring cup dose is a must, despite what Honey tries to tell you. Thanks.

Was extremely satisfied with the care and attention Jen took with our pets. Communication was good when one dog stopped eating and we were able to work together to solve the problem, even though I was hundreds of km's away.

Lonely Pets Club and our Pet Carer Jen is the reason we can go on holidays carefree when leaving our precious Pets at home. Jen is a true animal lover and animals love her back. I was referred to Lonely Pets Club when I moved to Melbourne from Adelaide. I have been using the service faithfully ever since for the last 4 years. Jen is the most amazing carer and loves Monkey (my cat !). She is always in contact with me and sends me photographs because she knows how much I miss her when I'm travelling. With the new online booking process it has made my life just that bit easier as well

It was wonderful to receive confirmation via text message from Jen that she had visited my cats on the first day, had watered my plants and brought in my mail, and I also very much appreciated the note she left at the conclusion of her visits, however I am not really able to rate her presentation nor punctuality as I was not there. Having said that, I am not doubting either in any way - just don't feel that I'm in a position to comment on these.

Jen has done a great Job with our pets and keep us informed along the way which gave us peace of mind and made our holiday more enjoyable.
We are first time users of Lonely Pets service and we will certainly be using the service again very soon, especially if we can have Jen again.

The important thing to me is that my cat Abby, likes Jenny and she does. When someone comes to the door, Abby will retreat into a wardrobe and not come out until they have gone. There are only 3 people I know who Abby will come out for and Jenny is one of them. That's important to me.

I have been using Lonely Pets Club since moving to Melbourne 3 years ago and Jen is the most amazing carer EVER!! Monkey loves seeing here and at no time do I have to worry about her when I am travelling. Jen looked after our two Burmese cats for the week. She sent regular texts while we were away which we really appreciated. The cats didn't seem at all bothered to see us on our return and were very chilled out and relaxed [which showed that they obviously had wonderful care in our absence!] She even asked if she could fill their outside water bowl too as she noticed our boy cat drinking from it! really really impressed and would love to book Jen the next time we go away. We could not speak more highly of Jen. We could tell she was a genuine dog lover and knew that our dogs would be well looked after after meeting her. The dogs also responded to her really well. Jen kept in contact with us on a weekly basis via email which gave us a great peace of mind while traveling. It was fantastic to know that our dogs could stay in their own, safe environment while we were away. On returning home everything was in order and our dogs looked happy and healthy. We would definitely recommend the Lonely Pets Club to our family and friends and we will use them again when we go away. We were tee-ed up with a fantastic sitter Jen and could not be happier. Jen was very caring and attentive, especially for my sweet cat who is very unwell and needs lots of TLC. Jen made me feel very comfortable when updating about the appearance, location, feeding/toileting of the cat and I was so happy to hear about the personal time spent providing my cat with pats and love.
