Jan took good care of Lion and he was happy and healthy on our return. She communicated well with us and let us know when there was a minor access issue promptly so we could take care of it.

Although we did not meet in person this time around, I find Jan to be very reliable. She fattens up my cat Gavin beautifully!!

I was comforted by Jan's text on the first day letting me know she had been and fed the cats and had or had not seen individual ones. I did not get to meet Jan personally so can not comment of presentation or punctuality. Very happy with her care of our fur kids and it was good to have someone bring in the mail.

My cat and I are extremely happy with your service! I know my cat is in very safe hands when we go on holidays! Jan is a friendly and lovely lady. She is responsible and responded our each request fast. Our two cats love her. She took a good care if our cats when we are away. We will ask her to look after our cats again soon!

Our cats have been looked after by Jan from LPC for the last 6 years or so. They love the cuddles they get and we go away happy knowing that they are well looked after and the house is also taken care of. We often go away for up to a month and we can go with piece of mind, as well as the updates we get from Jan to let us know all is OK. We have recommended LPC to friends and family and will keep using them in the future.

For several years we have had Jan come and take care of our much loved pets when we have been away.
We have several hens and they are surprisingly hands-on but it's never been a problem for Jan. She clearly loves all animals, so does not mind picking up chicken poo, cleaning their food and water containers and making sure they have enough food. She even feeds the family of magpies that frequently pop in.
When we return home, Jan has left everything clean and tidy, with the mail collected and the rubbish bins done.
When Jan has been unavailable, she makes sure the replacement carer knows everything, and the level of service never wavers

Our old cat is a bit crazy and a bit senile and our house is chaotic. Travel always adds an extra bit of drama in the rush to get out the door. Jan rolls with our madness and adds a bit of sanity and leaves us comfortable that our little guy is safe at home while we explore. Thanks - Adrienne

This is the first time Archie has been looked after by Jan and I actually didn't meet her. We spoke on the phone and she was lovely and extremely professional. She sent me messages while we were away which I really appreciated and left a lovely written message for our return.
