Elicia was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge of cats, understanding of how to relate to them and genuine care for them was incredible. Our two anxious cats both loved her immediately which NEVER happens, they are usually very bad with strangers. When we returned home our two girls were very happy and content and it was like we had never been away.

Elicia G gave me great service again. She phoned me before and afterwards. She sent me 2 photos of my dogs. Elicia also talked through some fears I had and talked through some solutions. She looked after my dogs very well, walking them and feeding them regularly.

Elicia from Lonely Pets Club did a great job in caring for my pets, including pics and msgs as I was anxious about how they would get on. The dogs were fed, watered, walked and cuddled. Thank you so much for looking after my babies!

I first met Elicia in January 2017. Over the 8 month period (24 Jan- 23 Sept) she was responsible for the care and welfare of my neighbour's two aging cats. My neighbour, Eunice McDonald, a widow in her early 90s, had serious health problems, including Macula Degeneration, lived alone except for her 2 cats. They became her only family and she was totally devoted to them. When the situation became impossible for her to care for them, Elicia Garland was employed to become their carer. Elicia's gentle but persuasive manner won Eunice's heart and the cats responded to her beautifully. Her job entailed checking their food and drinking bowls, that they were in good health, that their bedding was clean and that the house was generally in good order. Her main task however was constantly cleaning out the litter trays and cleaning up the vomit and diarrhoea found everywhere. Elicia never faulted; she always went about her work with a gentle smile and with encouraging words to Eunice and her cats. Her way with the cats was amazing! We were so lucky to have had her at that difficult time; she is a treasure. I would recommend her most enthusiastically as a carer to any animal owner - Delma
