Toula is so caring and so lovely to work with

We love having Toula look after our cats. She has done so now on a few different occasions and was looking forward to her visiting the two of them while we holidayed after the rather crazy year we have had! Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our old boy just days before we left and she was so amazingly caring and supportive of our loss. We extended the days of care to be every day for our now very lonely second cat, and Toula ensures she was happy and well looked after, keeping a specific eye on her health during the time away.
We came home to a very happy girl and are so very grateful to lonely Pets and Toula for another great care experience.

Toula was keen to meet before my booking started as this was the first time she had cared for my cat. It was lovely to meet her beforehand and run through all the details, leaving me confident that everything would be well taken care of. Toula even managed to befriend my cat who is a little timid and grumpy with strangers. Returned home to find a relaxed cat who had been well taken care of. Highly recommend Toula as a compassionate and professional carer.

Toula and I didn't meet but spoke on phone and had a few texts - Toula was responsive and appeared to quite empathetic. It was a short notice job and only 2 visits - Mia our cat was of course fine on our return so all went well. Toula offered to assist if we were delayed etc. So overall it went pretty well. I think as a matter of process, it would be good to leave a card behind or note when a carer visits so you have a sense they've been in the house etc.

Toula is absolutely fantastic. Our cats were so well looked after and were so happy and healthy when we got home. Toula's communication to us via SMS was fantastic and we could not ask for a better carer for our pets.

Toula was fabulous, very professional and caring towards our brood. We had regular texts on how they were going which gave us reassurance that all was as they seem. We appreciate Toula as a pet carer and we know that our two dogs and our three cats love her also.

I liked Toula very much. From the messages she wrote in the notebook I left, she cared about the guinea pigs. She often wrote of their vocalisations when she got there, meaning the piggies learnt quickly she was a friendly face bearing food, so I think they were quite happy with the arrangement. I also saw that she has her own distinct style of cage cleaning, and while I think she could have used a little more newspaper to line, it was very satisfactory overall and the piggies looked very comfy when I got home. Toula looks after our 3 cats and 2 dogs, one of which is Epileptic and needs meds twice daily. Toula does a wonderful job and her regular texts with updates on how they are going is always a reassuring comfort to us

We had never left our cat Boris with anyone outside of family before and we were very nervous. Toula was simply amazing, when she met Boris you could immediately tell she loved animals and that while we were away he would still get some love and care.
