I've been very happy with the communication and all interactions with John. I felt he really took the time to understand how my cats are currently looked after and making sure that continued whilst I was away.

John was awesome looking after our cat Mocha twice a day. He has a very conscientious approach, learning of all the little details and contingencies, he was very organised to cover all the tasks. He made us feel very comfortable to leave Mocha in his care, and Mocha - who really loves attention - was very content and relaxed when we came back. Thank you we will be very happy to have John again next time.

John is great with people and the animals. He had a couple of questions regarding medication and made sure he was 100% clear on all the instructions before he took charge, which gave me great peace of mind!

John was very diligent in checking in with our needs and wishes. His texts after his visits were very reassuring and felt confident having him look after our furball.

John was really nice and very flexible in meeting our specific needs. I had asked that he drive our two dogs to the park... with quite complicated process to get in and out of garage! John was so nice in going along with what we wanted. My daughter and son-in-law were around some of the time so they observed how conscientious he was and how excited the dogs were to see him!!

I have been using Lonely Pets Club for a few years now. John is always lovely to deal with and has no trouble at all taking care of my Border Collie and very excitable little Pug. I always come home to 2 very happy dogs.
